What better night for a Gospel show? Arrivederci Wine and Jazz Bar invites you to join the party Good Friday March 30th for a night filled with Gospel tunes. The line up includes Signatures, and Marilyn Keller and maybe a few more surprise special guests! Make reservations, this intimate venue will fill fast!

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Erin Parra has been singing as long as anyone can remember. With a professional dancer for a mother, Erin grew up in theaters watching and learning from the singers, actors, and dancers. Erin wanted to be just like them, and had a voice big enough to do it! As a child and teen, erin would perform in musical theater, choirs, jazz ensembles, and as a vocal soloist. Erin won awards and gained recognition in regional and state competitions and was selected for the Washington State All State Choir.

In 2010 Erin enrolled in the Clackamas College Music Program as a Vocal Performance Major. Erin studied both classical and jazz music under the direction of some of Portland's best musicians, Rebecca Kilgore, Dave Mills, Tom Wakeling, Keven Deitz, and choral conductor Lonnie Cline, to name a few.

These days Erin can be heard around Portland performing jazz, blues, latin, vintage pop, and more, with some of the areas best Jazz musicians.

In 2012 Erin joined Signatures, Portland's premire vocal quartet. Signatures features songs from all eras and genres from Cole Porter to The Beatles, Queen, Earth, Wind, and Fire, Manhattan Transfer, and many more. All in lush 4-part harmony. Dreams came true in 2014 when Signatures headlined with The Tacoma Symphony and Tacoma Symphony Chorus. Signatures is Barbara Ayars, Kat Cogswell, Suzette Rodway & Erin Parra. Musical director Mr. Bo Ayers.

From 2011-2017 Erin sang with Unistus Chamber Choir. Erin was honored to be a Soloist and Alto Section leader. High points with the choir remain tours to California (2012), Estonia (2014), and Canada (2015). Unistus was an honored guest of Hirvo Surva at the 2014 World Song Festival , Laulupidu in Tallinn, Estonia.

Erin recorded Lullaby of Birdland in 2012. Randy Porter on Piano, Tom Wakeling on Bass, and Charlie Doggett on percussion. You can purchase Lullaby of Birdland on iTunes, CD Baby, & Amazon.
